Privacy Policy

This policy applies to EpicForge Software Private Limited (“EpicForge Software Private Limited”, “we”, “us”), the organisation behind VISHVAKSHA, and to this website only. It does not describe how any future operational VISHVAKSHA deployment would handle mission, personnel or sensor data inside a customer organisation. Those terms are set separately, in writing, as part of an accreditation and deployment agreement.

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the briefing-request form on the Contact page: your name, rank or designation, official email address, organisation or command, domain of interest, evaluation stage, and any context you write in the message field.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The site stores exactly one piece of information in your browser’s local storage, your light or dark theme preference, which is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

Solely to verify that a request is coming from an authorised Indian defence organisation, DPSU or empanelled system integrator, and to respond to that request. We do not use submitted information for marketing, profiling or any purpose unrelated to evaluating and responding to your enquiry.

Consistent with VISHVAKSHA’s own sovereignty principles, information submitted through this site is not processed through foreign SaaS platforms and is not transferred outside India. It is retained only for as long as needed to verify and respond to your request, or as required by applicable law, and is then deleted.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties. It is seen only by the personnel at EpicForge Software Private Limited responsible for verifying and responding to briefing requests.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction or erasure, to withdraw consent, and to file a grievance if you believe your data has been mishandled.
