Confidentiality Notice

This page explains what stays public, what stays confidential, and where the line is between the two.

Effective 20 July 2026

1. This website is not the classified boundary

Everything on this website is UNCLASSIFIED and describes product concept and architecture only. Do not submit classified, sensitive or export-controlled information through this website, the contact form, or unencrypted email. There is no channel on this site rated to receive it.

2. What we treat as confidential

Information you share with us during a briefing request or subsequent evaluation, your organisation’s mission set, source systems, operational requirements, timelines and constraints, is treated as confidential by EpicForge Software Private Limited. We use it only to scope and deliver that engagement, and we do not disclose it to any third party without your consent.

3. Mutual confidentiality before deeper disclosure

Before any detailed technical exchange, deployment architecture specific to your infrastructure, or access to non-public material, we expect a mutual non-disclosure agreement to be in place, executed through your organisation’s standard procurement or legal channel, not through this website.

4. How classified engagement actually happens

Once an organisation is verified, further engagement, including any discussion of classified requirements, moves to secure, authorised government channels appropriate to the classification level involved. VISHVAKSHA itself is architected the same way: raw evidence and classified content never pass through unapproved external systems, and that principle extends to how we run this evaluation process.

5. Internal handling

Access to information you share with us is limited to the personnel directly involved in evaluating and responding to your engagement. See our Privacy Policy for how personal information specifically is handled.

6. Questions

For questions about how a specific engagement will be handled, contact contact-sjdif@vishvaksha.com before sharing sensitive material.
